Roger H. von Haefen，北卡罗莱纳州立大学农业与资源经济学系教授、环境与资源经济政策中心联合副主任，资源与环境经济学顶级期刊JEEM联合主编。长期在环境与资源经济学、应用经济学领域开展研究工作，主要从事环境价值评估研究，他的研究为美国国家环境保护局、国家交通安全管理局等多个主管部门开展自然资源损害价值评估、政策评估等工作提供支持。在JEEMJourmal of the Association of Environmental and Resource Economists、American Economics Review.Journal of Business of Economic Statistics、American Economic Joumal: Economic Policy等重要列物上发表多篇论文。
